Can I pause my membership?
Memberships can be frozen on the 1st or 15th of the month with a 30-day notice. Memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 4 weeks at a time and a maximum of 4 months per year. There is a $25/month fee for freezes.
Can I upgrade/downgrade after I sign up?
All types of memberships can be upgraded or downgraded upon your request by emailing us at info@grapplebox.com
Do I need to buy anything else?
It is a good idea to buy your own Gi or Rash Guard.
We are happy to help you find a good deal on great quality wearing.
Free Kimonos are available to use during class.
How often should I train?
It depends on what your goal is.
If you're in doubt you can sign up today and easily upgrade/downgrade as you figure out how much training is best suitable for you.
